False Claims to Ramaytush Territory

A number of tribes in the Bay Area and beyond make unsubstantiated claims to our aboriginal tribal territory. Only the Ramaytush Tribe can exercise sovereign authority within the boundaries of our territory. We respect the tribal territorial boundaries of other tribes, in the same way as our ancestors, and we expect others to do the same. Unfortunately, surrounding tribes have become colonial in their way of thinking and acting and enact lateral oppression upon their neighbors.
